Nutrition

Our Dietitian, Annie Rubin MS, RDN goes way beyond “you should eat more vegetables”. Annie’s all about helping you feel better by eating better. To her, calories count, but not as much defining the relationship between you, your hunger and what it takes to feel satisfied. “Nutrition is always something I’ve been passionate about. I found focusing on specific diets doesn’t work very well. I prefer to help people understand how to eat balanced meals and think about foods as a way to nourish themselves, not good versus bad, but just how to be healthy. Since I’m an ultra-runner, I also enjoy helping people train for endurance events or just general competition because nutrition is a big part of making it through an event and staying healthy.
