We need to know about updated insurance coverage, addresses, phone numbers, or email addresses. Remember, that information accompanies your referrals, prescriptions, and samples sent to labs. Make sure it’s up-to-date with us so you get the full benefit of your insurance plan!
We should also always be notified of changes in household or executive staff if they have your permission to communicate with The Village Doctor on your family’s behalf.
