We’re entering Open Enrollment season for health insurance — the time during which individuals and employees can add or make changes to their existing coverage.
When your open enrollment window opens, take advantage of any resources made available to you to better understand your options. Ask a representative from your insurance provider their advice for the coverage that best complements your family’s membership in a concierge practice.
Open enrollment is also a good time to think about enrolling your children in the spaces remaining in our pediatric practice. Every day we hear from parents how much it means to them that their child and they have meaningful relationships with the pediatricians and the staff that cares for them. We hear what a difference it makes to be able to schedule simply with their own pediatrician, to easily connect with them and to speak with them directly when they have a concern after hours.
And once their child is of an age when they have to give permission for their parents to be engaged in their healthcare, it helps parents so much to rely on the foundation of trust the pediatric team has built with their child over the years.
