Annie Rubin
Annie Rubin, MS, RDN
Driven by a deeply personal journey with autoimmune disease, Annie brings firsthand experience, dedication, and clinical expertise to guide her clients on their path to wellness.
Autoimmune diseases run in Annie’s family, so it was no surprise when she was diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis in her late 20s. The news was devastating. Annie went from being an active, high-energy woman to someone who could barely get out of bed in the morning. Overwhelmed by her diagnosis, she didn’t initially consider how her diet and lifestyle could help her heal.
A major career shift from finance to nutrition changed everything. As Annie explored the connection between diet, lifestyle, inflammation, and autoimmune disease, she made intentional changes to her own life—and the incredible improvement in her symptoms inspired her to share her knowledge with others facing similar challenges.
Today, Annie uses an integrative and functional approach to help her clients. She investigates the root causes of their symptoms and uses both food and lifestyle modifications to improve their health. Annie helps clients incorporate an anti-inflammatory lifestyle while also learning how to be more in tune with their bodies and how food affects them. This empowers clients to cultivate a healthier, more balanced relationship with food, their autoimmune conditions and their bodies. Her goal is to guide them toward a sustainable lifestyle that enhances both physical and emotional well-being, fostering long-term health and vitality.
